Lots of comments here about the texture post-processing--which is certainly very well done--but I am most impressed with how good the shots are to start with.

I agree with Richard.
Remember, no one may want you to take pictures, but they all want to see them. Educate yourself like you'll live forever and live like you'll die tomorrow.

Hi Richard, Yes thats the prerequisite you have to know good basic photography specially in portaiture, photo that could stand alone with or without textures. Adding textures is just adding your creativity and artistic expressions.
This is for your Richard. Thanks for allowing me to share my works in this thread forum.
I must agree on all counts. Everytime I think you don't have any to surpass the previous......then you put up something even more beautiful. You have such a gift! Thanks for sharing. Truly an inspiration...ok, back to Photoshop for this boy.

And I'm totally mesmerized, too, Joel. With or without your beautiful textures, the quality of your work is just impecable! May I ask what kind of camera you use for shots like these?
So gorgeous! I just found this thread today. I'm trying to think of ways to incorporate car shots like this. Your link in post 36, that tutorial is now gone. But I did find the textures on Deviant Art, will look through those. Looking for textures that scream industrial, strength, muscle.
Joel Priviet, Joel! Yes, this is something really fresh! Of course this way of Postprocessing add to the character of the portrait's hero. And as I understand its a matter of Your personal taste - what to do... Thank you!
Of course it will be fine to get some link and to try your method myself. Very Very impressive, thank you very much!
:jawdrop:jawdrop:jawdrop WOW!!!!!! I have never been a fan of textured portraits. Never. Until I saw this set! These are stunning; to say the least! Very creative, very unique and very beautiful. I love these! Do you have a website? I'd love to see some more of your work.
Big WOW... these pictures are stunning... will not just pictures... they are arts... (now I want to marry that guy...
the shots are perfectly done in the first place, but I'm curious to see the pictures before and after process... if it's not too much trouble, would you mind post a comparison?
